Rever Offshore currently have a requirement for adhoc offshore day rate POCs over our busy peak season.

The Project Offshore Coordinator (POC) will provide logistical support to projects with regard to equipment, personnel, certification and reporting. He/she will also provide administrative support to projects by maintaining an Offshore Master Document Register (MDR), maintaining hard and soft copy files of required documentation, assisting Field and Project Engineers in the preparation of documentation, and prepare the Daily Progress Report (DPR) for approval by the Offshore Project Manager and the Client’s Representative.

Essential skills & experience;
• Familiar with the methods of reporting required for the DPR.
• Hold a valid offshore medical and survival certificate.
• The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Sufficient IT skills to maintain the required level of recording, filing and issuing of documentation efficiently.
• Be fluent in English.
• Have suitable experience in offshore, subsea operations.
• Have a basic understanding of logistical methods and controls.
• Demonstrate a good familiarity with LOLER requirements, particularly with regards to certification and testing.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of current relevant legislation and guidance.
• Have the ability and confidence to work effectively with the minimum of supervision.
