Ensure all projects and tenders are delivered safely, on time, within scope, within budget and to the required quality, and in accordance with Client and Company requirements. The duties detailed below would relate to either external client based project or substantial internal projects or business lines.
Accountability and Key Performance Areas:
Ensure that all operations are executed safely, efficiently and are high in quality. Ensure timely investigation and closure of any action related to incidents / accidents occurring on projects, and be part of the local UER & NCR review panel. Ensuring that tendering discipline is maintained. Ensuring that projects are correctly reported. Ensuring all Risks, Incidents and disputes are minimized. Member of the Emergency Response Team. Sound knowledge of and adherence to the Business Management System (BMS) framework and governance. Demonstrate behaviours and attitude which align to and support Rever Offshore core values.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Deputise for Project Director as appropriate and as required. Define the project scope, objectives and success factors, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
Determine the resource availability and allocation (people, equipment, time, money).
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, measure project performance against that plan, and initiate corrective actions.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and suppliers.
Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organisation and the project.
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholder including appropriate staff in the organisation on the progress of the project.
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
Manage all project finances according to established accounting policies and procedures, ensuring that all records for the project are up to date and consistent with the current plan.
Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures. Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance on a regular basis.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Provide direction and support to the project team.
Provide support to the Tendering and Business Acquisition teams as requested.
Support and lead continuous improvement of the Project Management function and Processes.
Supporting the Leadership Team as appropriate, completing specific focused tasks, to support the continuing improvement in operational excellence and the long term Company strategy.
Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified, in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these.

A suitable degree or extensive subsea Engineering experience.
Competent Microsoft Office Suite user.
Considerable Subsea Project Management experience in Diving / Installation Constructions industry with a working knowledge of Diving and ROV capabilities and limitations.
Experience with associated departments; Cost Control, Commercial, QHSE.
Knowledge of UK QHSE legislation and the application of this to subsea construction activities.
Excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work using own initiative.
Ability to work as part of a team and to build effective working relationships.
Project Management qualifications (Degree or Industry equivalent)
Experience in an Offshore Engineering Design house or Operator.
